I have been a patient for many years at Classic Dentistry ( my husband too ) . I see Elsa as my Hygenist. . She is Wonderful , Caring , Professional and Thorough . Elas always asks are you doing OK , any pain . The ladies at the front desk & Office staff are so nice , efficientl, helpful & friendly , I can’t say enough good things about everyone . . I just had X Rays taken by Marilou , so sweet & accurate X-rays . Dr Ruben is who I see there as my Dentist . He’s also patient , caring , explains what he sees in my X-rays ( I need a Crown ). While in my mouth prepping for the Crown he explains what he is doing , haven’t had any Pain while prepping just a little discomfort . Varina who handles the Money payments , very professional, explains everything tries to help in anyway . Very nice lady . Thanks Classic Dentistry You All Rock !

It has come to my attention that the scheduling process for HMO patients is not user-friendly and lacks transparency. The schedule is not readily available to HMO patients, which often leads to confusion and difficulty in making appointments. Concerns About Staff and Professionalism: There seems to be a lack of clear communication and professionalism in the administrative processes, particularly in the Varina office. Staff training appears to be insufficient, with many decisions being driven by financial motivations rather than the needs of the patients. This has created an environment where patients sometimes feel their concerns are secondary to administrative priorities. Unclear Communication About Patient Credits: It has also been observed that when patients have credits from previous treatments, this information is not proactively communicated by the office. Patients often only become aware of their credits after asking, which could be handled more transparently. Front Desk Experience: There seems to be a significant amount of negativity and drama at the front desk, which could be affecting patient experiences. A more organized and professional atmosphere would help create a better first impression for those visiting the office. Concerns Regarding Certain Doctors' Performance: There have been multiplecomplaints from patients regarding some of the doctors, specifically Dr.SIt may be time to consider whether a review of their practices and patient satisfaction is necessary.i do not recommend this office as a patient or working the

I strongly recommend Classic Dentistry Inc to anyone who is looking for a dentist. I have been coming to this office for over 15 years, and the care has always been outstanding. Dr. Ruben is incredibly gentle, calm, and always takes the time to explain the work he is doing, which makes every visit feel comfortable and stress-free. He and his dental assistant, Ms. Gohar, work wonderfully as a team! I also see Ms. Elsa for my cleanings, and she is amazingl—thorough, gentle, and always so kind. The entire team at Classic Dentistry Inc truly goes above and beyond.

I have been coming here since it was Edward Rosen and Associates. So, basically for over 15 years. The staff is amazing and the service they provide is top notch. This is the reason why I keep coming back year after year. Also, special shout out to my hygienist Elsa, she is best!! Thank you everyone for always greeting me with a smile and respect! I had my old fillings re-done /upgraded. They look beautiful and can't even see them now...they are white! Dr. Ruben did a great job, very gentle and meticulous. I trust no one else but him when it comes to my dental work. I just recently got teeth whitening done in the office with Gohar. She's amazing and I'm very pleased with my results.
