I’ve been a patient at Chatsworth Dentistry for several years. The entire staff has always been professional and knowledgeable. Each visit has been great from the friendly front counter staff to Dr Hanna, hygienist Shawn, and Periodontist Dr Soleiman. I appreciate the flexible appointment times. I’ve made some requests for my FSA, and the staff has always been very accommodating. Excellent experience each visit.

I want to express my sincere appreciation for John the office manager, who went above and beyond to help me resolve a frustrating billing issue with Smile Generation. When I tried contacting their customer service directly, they refused to provide my account information which prevented me from making a payment. John stepped in and called Smile Generation on my behalf, explaining that he was assisting me from the dental office since I had never received my credit card or account number and my payment was already due. Despite Smile Generation claiming that I was behind two payments and I had been charged late charges and interest, John patiently spoke with their manager and successfully obtained the necessary account details so I could make a payment and had the late charges and interest removed. John professionalism, persistence and genuine concern for helping me get the issue resolved made all the difference. I am very grateful for his excellent customer service and support!

Highly recommended if youre residing in the Valley. John was the best, very helpful and gives us options when it comes to financial matters. He gave me the best deal for my dental works so I can have it done in the best way possible. Dr Tina was my dentist who did a lot of work and shes the best! She explained to me in detail all the info I need to know and I feel very comfortable with her. I want to give applause as well to my dental hygienist, Shawn, youre the best and very gentle. And to Dr. Tina's assistant who did scan my teeth for the temporary crown. Overall, the staff were really nice, that makes me feel taken care of.

I’ve had such a great experience at this dental office! The front desk staff is always welcoming and professional. Kylie, John, and Samantha go above and beyond to make every visit comfortable and stress-free. Dr. de Leon and all the staff that work in the back with him are all kind, attentive, and very thorough They truly cares about the patients. I have to say, Dr. Joseph Hanna is truly the best dentist I’ve ever had. I was fortunate to be his patient years ago at a different location, and I always remembered the exceptional care he provided. Out of convenience, I stayed at that old office when he moved, but after an unfortunate experience there, I made the decision to return to Dr. Hanna—even though it meant a longer drive. It was absolutely worth it. Dr. Hanna is simply amazing—honest, thorough, kind, and trustworthy. He takes the time to carefully explain what’s needed, without any pressure or “sales pitch,” just a clear and honest treatment plan. The work he did was completely comfortable and pain-free. His team is equally wonderful. Dental Hygienist Shawn and Assistant Jennifer were both fantastic—friendly, knowledgeable, and professional. The cleaning was excellent; my teeth look and feel great. And I have to give a shout-out to the front desk staff as well—they were so warm and welcoming from the moment I arrived. I actually look forward to my next visit (and how often can you say that about going to the dentist?). Thank you, Dr. Hanna and the entire team at Chatsworth Dental, for making me feel cared for and in good hands. 5++++ stars!
