Century Smile Maker

I have been coming to Century Smile Maker for years. I’ve had really bad dental trauma as a kid, teen, and young adult but I have loved every visit to Century Smile Maker. They’re efficient & always welcoming even when you have to get your wisdom teeth removed. Sandy Kay is great & a warm presence. Chantal is also one of the best hygienist & my smile is always brighter because of her. 🥰

Mixed Experience - Good Communication, Concerns About Quality and Pricing I appreciated that the office staff were responsive and kind, even answering my text messages over the holidays when I had questions. However, I had significant concerns with my experience overall. I came in for a chipped front tooth with no other complications. The final price ended up being much higher than the rough estimate I was given initially, which felt misleading. I've had this same procedure done at another dental office for considerably less. Unfortunately, I'm also not satisfied with the quality of the work. The repair doesn't feel smooth, and the color match isn't good - which is particularly noticeable since it's a front tooth. I'm concerned I may need to have it redone elsewhere. While the staff were friendly and communicative, the combination of unexpected pricing and the quality of the dental work means I won't be returning to this office.

I found out about century smile maker through Groupon. I had purchased a really great deal from them to get my teeth whitened. They did such a great job with brightening my smile. They also had some recommendations on maintaining my oral health so I went and got some dental work done with them. Everyone from the front desk staff, the dental assistants, hygienists, and doctors are such kind people and really make you feel welcomed at the office. Highly recommend this dental office!

Everything about this place is great. I have severe dental anxiety so trips to the dentist have been less than they should be. I came here because I chipped a tooth. I was extremely nervous but everyone here made me feel welcome and at ease. I think it is the most comfortable I’ve felt at a dentist. From the front office to the dentists, everyone was very kind and welcoming. Place is really clean and they do a great job. Dr. Mori went above and beyond making sure my teeth were looking good when I left. I am so thankful to the whole staff especially Dr. Mori. I will definitely be back!

I had such a great experience at this dentist office! From the moment I walked in, every staff member I interacted with was incredibly kind and welcoming. They made me feel comfortable right away, which is not always easy at the dentist. The service itself was excellent. Everything was explained clearly, and they were gentle and attentive throughout my appointment. You can really tell they care about their patients. I’m so glad I found this place and would highly recommend it.
