Tip to new patients: verify directly with both your insurance and the office about network status and be very mindful of the billing. I was very disappointed with the lack of transparency around insurance and billing at this office. Before my visit, I verified through Humana that Dr. Talaie was in network. I even reconfirmed this afterward through both the Humana app and a live representative. Despite this, the office insisted they were out of network, which was confusing and frustrating. I was also charged a co-pay for a visit that involved preventative dental codes, which normally do not require a copay. This was never clearly explained, and the billing felt inconsistent from the start. Because of these issues, I decided to take my treatment elsewhere and will not be returning. To be fair, the staff are very nice, the doctor is kind, and the office is clean with modern equipment. However, transparency matters, and my experience unfortunately did not reflect that. My advice to the office: if you prefer not to deal with insurance fees, then remain out of network and clearly communicate that to patients upfront. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend this office.

Dr Maryam and her team deserve all the stars! They are incredibly communicative and do an amazing job managing conversations with insurance to ensure I get the best care possible. Been coming here for now 2 years and they have helped me with a variety of tooth problems from fillings, cavities and gum cleaning. All incredibly professional and with great care.

I had a wonderful experience First time at Century Smile. I was warmly greeted by the staff. Nancy was very helpful. Dr. Maryam is the best very professional and attentive. The office had a calm, relaxing atmosphere, highly recommend. From the receptionist to the dental assistant, hygienist, and dentist, everyone was professional, friendly, and attentive.

Highly recommend Dr Talaie and her team! My husband and I came to this office knowing we had a lot of work to be done. Her team was able to remove my wisdom teeth painlessly! As well as provide 2 root canals for my husband. Her team is professional, caring, and overall you can trust them with your dental health!
