The staff was kind, friendly, and professional. Normally, a visit to the dentist is unbearable stressful and concerning. I have had some terrifying and absolutely horrific experiences with several dentists in the past. Dr. Shawn and the technician (sorry I forget his name) put me at ease immediately, while fostering a degree of trust and a sense of safety. My next appointment has already been scheduled.

Dr. Shawn is the best! He's caring, knowledgable, and I'm always at ease in his office. The cost of services is very competitive and fair. His staff are awesome as well, and make for an overall excellent patient experience.

I've been seeing Dr. Saidian for over 6 years, and I'll never change dentists! Even when I moved an hour away, I chose to stay with him! Dr. Saidian shows an uncommonly human and sincere concern for his patients, and his team is great, starting with the friendly front-desk staff, and especially also his hygienist Pedro, who has the gentlest touch! The cleanings always are easy-going, and the Doc saved my life from a world of pain twice now when I managed to crack teeth. I just began ortho work with Dr. Tania and she's also very friendly and easy to talk to. She's been very patient with all my questions (and I always have A LOT.) Thank you Dr. Saidian and team!!

Dr. Shawn is the best dentist I’ve ever had in my life and I am over 60 years old. He is so knowledgeable, he won’t let you do anything if he thinks that you don’t need it. He’s totally the complete opposite and not out for your money, but for what is best for his patient. He is always happy and smiling and creates such a wonderful environment to be in as well as his staff.

Warning: My Experience with Dr. Shawn Saidian I feel completely scammed by Dr. Shawn Saidian. I had saved for years to fix my two front teeth — one crown and one implant crown — and just wanted them to match. He guaranteed perfect results only if I let him shave down the two healthy teeth next to the crowns and do all four fronts together for about $7k. I asked to start with two; he insisted he could “only guarantee” a match if all four were done at once. The temporary crowns looked awful (like fake plastic vampire teeth), but I waited because he seemed confident. When the finals were placed, all four were different shades. I told him right away, and he brushed it off, blaming the office lighting. Everyone who saw them in person said the same thing — they clearly didn’t match. He knew I had several public appearances coming up and I didn’t want to be in temps again so we agreed to wait a few months to redo them after. During that time, both I and his office checked in occasionally, and they said they were “waiting on the lab.” Then they stopped responding entirely. When I finally went back for family teeth cleaning, I brought it up and he told me that because a few months had passed, his promise to fix them was void — something he never mentioned before. I showed our texts proving I followed up; he and his assistant tried to convince me for over an 1 hr otherwise until they saw I was right. Another dentist later confirmed that two healthy teeth never should have been shaved but some shady dentist do that because it makes them more money. Now I’m stuck with mismatched teeth and have to take him to court to get my money back. He might be fine for cleanings, but for cosmetic work — do not trust his guarantees.
