I've been going to Dr Lam for over 10 years now and she's hands down the best dentist that I've ever had. Trying to get my other family members to go to her too. They live a bit further out but that's how much I trust this office. Like most people, in the past I really didn't enjoy going to the dentist but Dr Lam and Julianne have always made it a pleasant experience. Things have been better than ever under Dr Lam's care. I highly recommend.

Julianne gets my teeth super clean and sparkling in a manner that is quick, professional and gentle – no splashes or discomfort. Dr. Lam tells me exactly what to do to have the healthiest teeth on the block, and every time I do what she says, my teeth get better and stronger. Over the last 20 years, Dr. Lam has had me switch to a better toothbrush, change my flossing practice and start using both a nightguard and a regular periogel treatment between visits. It has been well-worth it; I can’t even remember the last time I had a cavity. I did bring several cavities to Dr. Lam, and slowly, over the first couple of years, she redid those fillings and they have stayed perfect. When it came time to remove my wisdom teeth, Dr. Lam helped me understand exactly what to expect, what would be done and how, and the healing process was extremely fast and uncomplicated. Everyone asks me where I get my teeth done and how do I keep them so nice? I get them done with Dr. Lam & Julianne in their beautiful office at Downtown Dentistry.

Dr. Lam is such a great dentist, and person! She goes above and beyond taking her time with your visit and making sure you have all the information needed to keep your teeth healthy. She explains the options when treatments are needed, and is looking for the best way to maintain your dental health long term. Her office is pristine and her staff is welcoming and friendly. Truly the best dentist around!

I've been seeing Dr. Lam for over 20 years now and still as satisfied now as when I first began seeing her. She is friendly and warm and genuinely concerned about my oral hygiene health. She is meticulous, careful and professional in her dental care. She is good about suggesting options, laying out the ones that she believes are optimal and does not try to take any shortcuts. The office space is clean and tidy. Julianne is terrific as Dr. Lam's support both front office and back office. I would recommend her to anyone that is dissatisfied with their current dental health provider.
