I've been going to Dr Carlston for years and I'm truly grateful to have a wonderful dentist who truly cares about your teeth. Dr Carlston is patient, kind and in my opinion the best in the business! The entire staff is also so kind and accommodating.
Id give 0 stars if I could. Completely unprofessional and misleading dental office staff. After searching around from dentist to dentist who werent in network I found this company with my Metlife Insurance "approved network dentists". I called and scheduled a cleaning appointment and was told they were in network. 6-8 months later before my cleaning I once again asked, Metlife insurance in network, and they said yes. 3 months after my cleaning I received an email stating they are not in network and they wanted to charge me $500 for cleaning and some xrays. As I stated to the front desk, I was told the entire time you were in network and if that suddenly changed then you mislead me and this is fraudlent. They reassured me they would handle it with metlife. 2 YEARS LATER I get a bill in the mail for $500 threatening to send me to collections after 0 attempts to contact me and solve the situation. Heres the kicker I call the number on the bill to once again discuss this issue and it goes right to voicemail during normal business hours!! The cleaning and dentist were fine, but the shady practice of this company will lead me to never recommend them to anyone. BEWARE and stay away
Was recommended by a dear friend, and I could not be happier with my experience here! If you are looking for a beautiful tucked away little oasis of dental paradise, absolutely come here. I had a deep cleaning with fillings and felt zero pain. The staff are amazing, and Dr. Carlston is beyond a gem!
It’s always a great experience, The office staff is friendly, professional, and my treatment was amazing. We discussed Pickleball and I think I did an OK job of keeping up my teeth. Dr. Carlson has been my dentist for over 10 years And I am so satisfied with my overall experience
Always an amazing experience! I'd somehow lapsed for over a year but was met with no judgement, and was encouraged to learn that today's cleaning means a fresh start. The hygienists are knowledgeable and kind and Dr Carlston genuinely cares about all of his patients.
