1 stars for the scam. For the record this is the second 1 star in 150 reviews. I have a $2k coverage a year, the quote was $1140 after insurance coverage, I said no thanks, I get my free cleaning now, she said nope $156. Upselling scammy, I can pay the fees no problem, but I refuse to get scammed, I'll find someone else that's not trying to sell me a bunch of add-ons my insurance won't cover.

So glad that I switch my dental office to here. One thing that is important to me is that I know what is going on (as far as a treatment plan). Bright now dental has been thorough and I’m happy with the services they provide! Glad to have found my new dental home.

Great staff. I have been a customer for more than 10 years. My wife as well. If dental service is needed I recommend Brite Now.

Honestly, I have had nothing but great experiences here. I and all three of my children have come up through this office. Staff is friendly and knowledgeable. Dr. Morais is awesome. Bree and Ana are great at their jobs and so friendly.

My issue is with the billing department/ Insurance. For the past 2 months I’ve been talking to their finance office. They called me that I owed money. I called my insurance and they told me nothing was charged or billed. We called three way and spoke with someone in the office (because they kept telling me call you’re insurance, call the finance office…etc). They had my “wrong insurance ID number”. Even tho I took my insurance card. So should have been fixed after that call. No!!!!For the past month I still get calls that I owe money. I’ve spoke with them many times and tell me that same thing “No one wrote a note”. There’s no note to be written. Fix your mistake and charge my insurance instead of sending me bills and calls and if I don’t pay to collection. At this point it seems like a scam from this office to get money.
