Brentwood Family Dental

Had my first visit yesterday and had a great experience with the staff. This was after making a call at 3pm and going to an opening at 4pm. Have a follow up visit next week and expect the same level of customer service.

They make you pay up front then the dentist left for surgery or something so they postponed the work for a month. What kind of place does that? So not only did the service not get done now you have to wait a month and risk getting infection or having the condition worsened. That’s bad practice.

Came here with our kids and all the Dr Alkhoury would do is make comments about our kids weight and that they should be on Diets and was even saying this to them. He is creepy and very unprofessional and very prying in people's personal lives. All he kept doing was making remarks about our previous dental care and how we were ripped off and crap. He would talk about other patients and their personal business such as who's kids had down syndrome and that there must be something in the water in Brentwood and I had enough. Beware of this office and be assured he's been reported to the Dental Board.

My first appointment was great!! Dr. Alkhoury and his staff are amazing. I was greeted with smiling and warm faces and made me feel extremely comfortable with all procedures. I highly recommend this office for your entire family. I definitely will continue at this office as well.

If I could give 10 stars I would. I went in for a crown prep today and during the entire procedure I did NOT experience any pain at all, not even when the needle went in for the Novocaine and he did not use any of that nasty pre numbing solution. I've had more pain/discomfort from some teeth cleanings thank this procedure, and the cleanings took three times longer than this procedure did. The added bonus is I left his office without any affects from the Novocaine, I left his office the same as when I went in, minus most of the one molar he had to grind down for the crown. Dr. Alkhoury says he is artist, which he is an actual artist, but I also call him a magician. Kudos to Dr. Alkhoury and his team, changed my outlook on dentistry.
