I would HIGHLY recommend Invisalign to anyone wanting to achieve that perfect NATURAL smile. Dr. Monica Madan and her team are EXPERTS at Invisalign Treatment (and orthodontic work as a whole). They are so detailed in the way they ensure you’re finished smile meets your expectation. Extremely professional & polite staff mixed with a pristine office made for the perfect comfortable setting for my treatment and appointments as well. Will forever rave about BHO!
Amazing experience from beginning to end. Everyone here was great, especially Gabriel who helped me out a number of times along the way. Dr. Madan is second to none, would recommend her in a heartbeat.
Everyone is always so helpful and kind. High tech equipment makes everything so much more comfortable. My treatment plan has been so specialized, I appreciate the details and attention towards the best smile I can have. Chic office is just tops.
I spent thousands of dollars here and am very disappointed with my results. When I expressed my concerns, they told me to pay even more—despite having assured me from the start that the quoted price covered the full treatment until I was satisfied. Here’s what happened: I already had close to perfect teeth before Invisalign. People often complimented my smile and asked if I’d had braces (I hadn’t). During my consultation, I clearly said I wanted to fix my rotated K9s. They suggested a few minor tweaks, which I agreed to. I asked if they could fully rotate the K9s, and they confirmed they could, noting it might just take a little longer. The doctor asked for six months, and I said to take as long as needed—as long as the end result was what I wanted. They emphasized that the total price covered treatment until I was happy with the outcome. I wore my trays exactly as instructed (about 22 hours per day). At one point, I noticed they weren’t fitting snugly anymore, but when I raised this multiple times, I was told it wasn’t a problem. After the first set of trays, the K9s still weren’t fully rotated. I asked to review my plan, but they said it wasn’t necessary and to just continue. Months later, the K9s were still misaligned. The doctor then told me: 1. My teeth looked great and had “responded well.” 2. Continuing could make my teeth loose. 3. I could keep going, but it would cost another $750. This directly contradicted what I was told before paying. She also said my teeth might not ever reach the desired position—something she never mentioned initially. Had I known that, I never would’ve moved forward. Now, after nearly a year of Invisalign, my bite is worse than before and my main concern (rotated K9s) wasn’t fixed. Why I’m unhappy: 1. I was misled about both what was possible and what the total price covered. 2. I was denied a review of my second treatment plan, which could’ve prevented this. 3. I followed all instructions perfectly but was told to pay more to finish what was promised. 4. Other patients (friends of mine) with more complex cases have achieved better results, so the “loose tooth” explanation doesn’t make sense to me. 5. I consistently had to wait 45+ minutes for my appointments until I complained and started booking the very first slot of the day. I would not recommend going here unless you’re comfortable spending a lot of money for disappointing results.
The best. Dr Madden is running a first-class office filled with talented attentive staff. This was my second time doing Invisalign. The process was seamless and easy and my teeth look exactly the way I wanted them to look bc of thorough initial consult where the doctor actually asked me my preferences. When does that ever happen? Cldnt be happier.
