Patient Reviews (5)
I almost never write reviews but I felt compelled to leave one for Dr. Kboudi, his hygienist Wendy, as well as Danielle and Martina at the front desk. My husband and I have been going here for a while now and never have we had a lovelier experience at a dentist’s office— that includes my lifelong dentist in the Bay Area who I LOVE. Dr. Kboudi is extremely thorough and a genuinely nice person. Wendy is also just an absolute gem and always makes comfort as much of a priority as the teeth cleaning itself. I sincerely wish Beverly Hills Complete Dentistry were in-network, as it ends up being a bit on the expensive side. But if you have the budget, I HIGHLY recommend this team.
I was a patient of Dr Engel’s (formerly SoCal dental associates) for many years before they merged their practice with this one. The only reason I stayed at Beverly Hills complete dentistry another couple years after the merger, was because of the wonderful hygienist Wendy. She’s fantastic- friendly and professional and I was glad she stayed my hygienist even after the move. I decided to leave this dentist office for a couple reasons (partly due to proximity to my home) but mainly because this is the only dentist office I’ve ever heard of that makes the customer PAY UPFRONT for all dental work. Not a copay. ALL OF IT. At the time that services are rendered. The entire $$ amount that a normal practice would be billing to the insurance company. Even if you have insurance, and even if they’ve “billed” your insurance many times in the past (it’s not like a new patient policy. It’s every time. I have delta dental insurance which is widely accepted everywhere.) Thennnnn after you’ve paid hundreds of dollars upfront, you wait patiently for weeks for the check from your insurance to come directly to YOU. Except if you’re under your spouse’s insurance, the check comes in THEIR name rather than yours. Which isn’t a huge deal to me, but might be for some couples! It’s all juuust annoying enough for me to say, forget this, I can easily go elsewhere and not have to deal with the same exact hassle multiple times a year. Don’t we all have enough on our plates without having to remember to track down a reimbursement check?? I did ask the receptionist (in person) if I was mistaken about their policy or something and was told no, I had it right. You pay now and get the reimbursement later. I also emailed them just to double check, and never got a response. It seems like a weird business policy to make your patients front you the money, rather than the other way around??
This is honestly the best dental office I’ve ever been to! Dr. Kboudi is super skilled, patient, and really knows his stuff. The whole team is awesome — they made me feel comfortable and welcome as soon as I walked in. Everyone’s friendly, caring, and professional. Highly recommend!
Dr. Kboudi is an amazing dentist very professional, patient, and always explains everything clearly. Jennifer is wonderful, speaks both Spanish and English (which is very important to me), and makes every visit comfortable. The whole team is friendly and always adapts to your schedule. Highly recommended!
First time I’ve felt a dentist genuinely cared. Dr. Kboudi saw I needed my wisdom teeth removed, did it the same day, and personally called afterward to make sure I was okay. Marla, the hygienist, gave an exceptional cleaning. She was kind and friendly.
