Be aware of $500 or more “ after hour fee” don’t give them you credit card ! We had one of the worst experiences we’ve ever encountered with a dental office at Zakhor Dental Group. We booked an appointment over the phone and were asked to provide a credit card — we were told it was only to hold the spot. At no point in the call was a $500 emergency or after-hours fee disclosed. We even informed them they were on speakerphone during the call, and the conversation was recorded. When we arrived, we were suddenly told about a $500 fee — before any treatment was even offered. We reviewed the recording afterward, and the fee was absolutely never mentioned. We also checked the financial policy we were asked to sign on arrival — and there’s no mention of this fee anywhere in the policy either. If you value transparency, fair treatment, and ethical business practices, I strongly recommend avoiding this clinic.
