Christina was very thorough and gentle. She really cleaned my teeth well. Dr. Feitelberg did a very thorough exam after my cleaning made terrific recommendations. All in all an anxiety free experience. I would highly recommend this dental practice if you want caring practitioners.

This was my second time at Best Natural Smile this year. Again, my experience was fantastic. Christina does such an amazing and thorough dental cleaning. She's really gentle and careful. By going more frequently at her suggestion, my gums are in much better shape too. My neck started to hurt at one point because I have neck issues and she was right there with a pillow ready to support my neck and it worked to alleviate my neck pain. Dr. Feitelberg did my dental exam and she was very thorough and really explained well what areas I may need to pay attention to down the road. All in all, a wonderful experience once again.

By far the best dentistry experience you can ask for. The enrollment process is super simple and straight forward. I had the sweetest hygienist, Christina, who was amazing at her job and so enjoyable to talk to. Doctor Kingston is very knowledgeable, super friendly, and great at explaining what is going on as well as available options. Overall their team works seamlessly and offers the absolute best experience and service!

The level of care was outstanding - unlike anything I've experienced with traditional dentistry. The team at Best Natural Smile had state of the art equipment - way beyond the 2D x-ray machines most dental practices use - which enabled them to diagnose what another dentist had told me was just a cracked crown as a fracture that went all the way down to the root and had caused an infection that was eating away at bone. By the time it was discovered, the tooth was too far gone to save and I was terrified of the removal and implant procedure that followed. Unlike every other dental practice I've ever experienced, this was a team effort. Hilarie was my patient advocate through the whole experience and walked me through every detail. Dr. Israel walked me through 3D imaging of every tooth, not only explaining my options for treatment of the immediate problem, but showing me the integrity of every other tooth, including cracks forming in other teeth (particularly in those with the 20-30 year old silver/mercury fillings) that would need to be addressed at some point if I wanted to avoid losing those teeth in the future. Dr. Frydman walked me through the implant procedure before, during and after - calling me before the surgery - taking incredible care to address my anxiety around the pain and aesthetics of losing a tooth. I felt zero pain. Zero. Dr. Frydman even helped me out to my friend's car after the procedure and called me three times afterward to make sure everything felt okay and to answer random questions. I couldn't believe the doctor actually walked me to the car. For those as terrified of dental surgery as I was - I elected conscious sedation which was expertly administered by Dr. Frydman. I was aware but felt nothing the whole time. The temporary tooth they gave me fit perfectly, held in place by a super thin layer of plastic that sits on the roof of my mouth, took a day to get used to but I barely noticed it after 24 hours and there is no visible gap where the tooth used to be. I flew home and made work phone calls the same day without issues, and I am able to do in person / on camera work without any concerns. I am of the age where everyone I know grew up hating a visit to the dentist - the pain, the technology, the process - always felt like having mechanical engineers with heavy equipment inside your mouth. The uniformly awful experience coupled with the false notion that pain in your mouth is simply something to be managed with fillings, root canals and toothpaste for sensitive teeth, kept me away from the dentist for as long as I could avoid it. This was so different. High tech - pain free - with advanced diagnostics that will help me avoid the pain, embarrassment and cost of losing my teeth as I enter the age where quality of life matters most. I could not recommend Best Natural Smile more highly.
