Beach Smile Dental

We were assigned to this provider through our insurance, and this is the second time I’ve reached out. Unfortunately, both experiences have been disappointing due to the attitude of the front desk staff. Vanessa, in particular, came across as condescending and made it feel as though I was inconveniencing them by calling. 3 new patients that she was okay to let go. The tone was far from welcoming, which is discouraging especially for a new patient. Perhaps it’s because they accept HMO plans, but it really feels like a “you get what you pay for” situation. Months ago, I was told their insurance network status might change by June. However, after checking with our insurance, I learned they are still in network. When I called today for clarification, the attitude was again dismissive and rude. The first person I spoke to didnt know what she was talking about. When Vanessa stepped in, she blamed that she was just a trainee and instead of being apologetic for the confusion, she pointed it towards me like, you wanted to be seen altogether with an accusation tone, which by the way, i did not request at all. And even if I did, that how you really talk to your prospective New patients? If these owners let their staff get away with this kind of attitude, then it also becomes evident how this practice is being run. To the owner of this practice, please consider coaching your staff on professionalism and warmth. Being knowledgeable is important, but in the dental industry, first impressions matter and your new patients are your business’ future and why most dental practices thrive. If your team doesn’t understand the value of patient experience as part of your marketing it may be time to bring in someone who does. And if your monthly targets starts to slow down, you know exactly what you should be looking into. It is not always just the patients aren’t accepting the treatment plans, or insurance failing to pay the claims. Your front staff had absolute no issues turning away new patients. And in our case, it was a family of 3.

I hate going to the dental work done...but I love my dentist. Dr. Ursula and her team are amazing. They make things easy, and she is very careful to make things as smooth and easy as possible. I will unfortunately be going back for many years to come!!

Ok let's begin with my most recent visit to beach smile dental, as always the service is top notch, place is super clean and modern, I was there to get my new implant completed., doctor walked me through the whole process in detail, I was literally in and out of the office in no time, I am extremely happy with the quality and fit of my new implant, doctor made my whole experience from start to finish super smooth & pleasant.. I have been coming here for the past 15 years plus and all I can say is that the level of professionalism and dedication of doctor PARDUCHO is truly remarkable, the staff is super friendly and very knowledgeable, the clinic is very well equipped, clean with a great atmosphere.., I 100% recommend beach smile dental for any dental needs for the whole family no doubt!!

My experience here was great. The staffs were so friendly. The office was nice and clean. This was my first time here. Their staffs informed me about everything I need to know including my insurance, the paperwork, and of course the treatment I was about to receive. The result was amazing. Now, I am happy and more confident with my smile. Also they have different Brochures to read when waiting in the lobby room. Definitely recommend it !!!

My dental appointment was good. The dental office was clean. The service was great. I’ve had a bad experience visiting dental office before but this place wasn’t one of them. Their staffs were professional. I felt comfortable with the attention I received. Last of all, I’m happy with the result. Totally recommend!!!
