Balfour Dental

I’ve been with Balfour Dental for over 6 years. It’s been an up and down roller coaster with this office. I’ve had old fillings removed and re-done, which the filling doesn’t feel right which I’ve brought to their attention a couple of times. They continued to tell me it’s my bite and it needs to adjust. I’ve had braces to adjust this issue along with straightening my teeth. After having braces I’m not happy with the way my teeth look. My bite is still off. The charging for my cleanings and all have been very suspicious and I’m looking into it. My husband and myself had been seen here and he is very unhappy with how his teeth look. But overall they were nice and the office was very clean.

I have been going to Balfour Dental for about two years now and I always have a good experience there. Dr. Rayani removed several old fillings and replaced them with partial porcelain crowns, removing some decay under the old fillings in the process. I have had a deep cleaning as well. I usually see Shannon for my cleanings—she is great and very knowledgeable. My experience with all the hygienists/technicians has been great and I’m comfortable with whoever I see there. All of the staff are very friendly!

Every time I have gone into the office I feel very comfortable. I am a very hesitant dental patient from past experiences. Everyone in the office is very professional, very knowledgeable, very friendly and make you feel relaxed. They are very gentle and thorough. Dr Saio and entire staff need a higher rating than 5 stars. I would recommend their office to everyone. I am thankful for how they take care of their patients.

Balfour Dental in Brentwood, CA is a great dental office. I appreciate their flexibility in booking appointments. They are detail oriented. The staff(s) I've met and work with my teeth are very friendly and welcoming. Their office has good parking spot, and is very near the freeway. They have very nice and clean office.

I have been to Balfour Dental 3 times for myself and many times with my husband. We always have positive interactions with the staff and dentist/ oral surgeon. Everyone there always treat us well, are very caring and accommodating. They are knowledgeable and have the best technology available for treatments. Whenever we are asked who we recommend in the area, we always say Balfour Dental.
