Avenue Dental

I went to this office a bit over a year and I had a great experience with the staff. My main reason why I'm writing this review is that I got a bill a year later, after major services, saying I had to pay extra. This extra money that I had to pay out of pocket was almost $700. They promised that the amount I paid then was based on insurance, etc. I also was unemployed when I got the bill and called in to say I don't have the funds to pay for this, due to that. I called their accounting dept several times to resolve this issue, even trying to get a payment plan. Took a few months to negotiate with the accountant and then silence. Almost a year later I got mail from a debt collector saying I have to pay the bill. Ridiculous. There's something iffy about this office. I read reviews on their google that are now gone. They delete bad reviews. To me that's a red flag! Please save your time and money and go somewhere else.

Took me years to find a dentist i could actually trust. Dr. Oh is excellent and very responsive. The best part of the dentist is never needing to go back, but now I don’t mind that nearly as much.

The team at Avenue Dental is the best!! Lauren and Stephanie are always super pleasant and knowledgeable and Dr. Oh is so amazing. I've never felt like I was being sold anything and feel genuinely cared for. You will not regret coming here for your dental work!

This is the BEST place to go, especially if the dentist makes you anxious! Dr. Oh and her team are great - I have had bad dental experiences in the past at other places, and consequently was extremely anxious to go to the dentist and was so glad I found her. The whole team is so nice, supportive, and accommodated my needs. If you have anything holding you back from visiting the dentist, this is definitely the best place to go, as they are extremely gentle, caring, and generally just really nice with whatever work you might need done. Don’t hesitate to communicate your needs (I am sensitive about loud sounds, pain, and pretty much anything you might usually experience at the dentist) and they will help you have a great experience. I seriously never want to go to a different dentist again!! Thank you Dr. Oh & team!!!

I can proudly say that Avenue Dental is one of the best place to go for your dental care. Dr. Oh is one of the most passionate dentist who truly cares for her patients' well being. I've been her patient for almost 10 years and she has been very helpful and has always prioritized my well being. Before switching to Dr. Oh, I felt like other dentist really just try to benefit from my insurance company, but Dr. Oh is different. I know that her patients are her priority, which makes her a truly excellent dentist. Mary is also a very professional, friendly and helpful hygienist. She cleaned my teeth in great detail and really made sure that I came out with that clean teeth feeling and you can tell that she clearly knows what she's doing. Avenue Dental is also filled with cheerful and friendly staffs who will assist you to the best of their ability. You will find great service from all the staffs from the moment you walk in until the moment you walk out. All of the staffs here have professionalism that I will never question.
