Alpan Orthodontics

Dr. Alpan has poor bedside manner and came across as smug and condescending during my visit. In my experience, he spoke down to me and I left unhappy with the outcome. When I raised concerns about my bite and asked for an adjustment, I was told I was “hyper sensitive” and I felt completely dismissed. Instead of working with me to fix the issue, I felt lectured and scolded. If you care about being treated with respect and want a provider who will actually listen and make reasonable adjustments when something feels off, I would avoid this practice.

I’ve been with Alpan Orthodontics for three years. I was in an accident, had jaw surgery and immediately went into braces. Dr. Alpan, Roger and the entire staff took AMAZING care of me. Roger and Dr.Alpan are exceptional with details making sure my teeth were in perfect alignment. I’m so grateful and thankful to all of them. Dr Alpan I have an amazing doctor—very kind, patient, and genuinely nice. The care has been great (Sonia, Trish, and the rest of the staff), it’s important to really listen and follow instructions, because if you don’t, the process can definitely take longer. It’s a clean office, complementary water is available which is great. There is also a play place for the kids which is great while waiting for them to get called. overall great service and great staff. Doctor Alpan is very professional, and he has helped really helped my dentist journey while the other dentist’s couldn’t.

My experience at Doctor Alpan office went pretty good. I finally got the chance to meet him. During my consultation he discussed my treatment, he was very thorough and honest. So I know I will be in good hands. The staff (Sonia, Yesenia, & Jessica) as well are very nice, sweet, and friendly. I’m very excited for this new journey for my teeth.
