This is the only dentist you should see. I hanve had nothing but YEARS of good experiences. I love the staff and Dr. Choroomi. I would never go anywhere else!!
I always feel so well taken care of here. Dr Choroomi is a wonderful caring dentist. Great staff too!
My kids and I have been patients at Agoura Dental for several years and have always had a good experience. Helpful & cheerful staff who always do their best to provide great service and ensure our needs are met.
I am a new patient and extremely happy with my decision of choosing this Dental Group. The staff is personable, office manager is knowledgeable and supportive in the flow of the practice, and the doctors are beyond amazing with the ability to explain and educate patients of every procedure in language you can understand.
I don't ever take the time to write bad reviews; however, I love to praise great experiences! The absolute failure of this office lies squarely on the main dentist running the show there. Wonderfully kind and accommodating staff and a very pleasant office. I came in due to trauma causing significant pain, and the intake staff got me in right away. With such excellent staff, I would have assumed the lead dentist would be equally balanced and professional. The problem is the main dentist there—I'll refrain from calling them out by name. Do your homework! It's worth the time to mitigate a bad decision. This was my very first visit to the office. The doctor didn't even know the condition I was there for, was unaware I was on antibiotics, and went right to work poking around without any consideration, causing more pain. I was there because of the pain—they had no clue. Their second sentence began with a lecture, followed by an attempt to use fear as an upsell tactic... all while I was in tremendous pain. They stated they had to pull the tooth to get me out of pain. There were no other options, and they wanted to have lunch. They walked off saying, "Let me know what you're going to do." Once again, fully unaware of why I was there. The level of arrogance and the complete absence of any care or willingness to help first with the pain—instead seeking ways to cash in—was appalling. We could hear another patient in there simply for a cavity while the dentist tried to push them to have a wisdom tooth removed. I left in terrible pain. Again, the only offer was "I'll get you out of pain by pulling the tooth." Five minutes with this dentist, and we understood exactly why many people avoid dental work altogether.
